Equine Veterinary Surgeon Vacancies

An opportunity is available for an Equine Veterinary Surgeon to come and join our friendly team.

Our equine department consists of a team of 7 veterinary surgeons with a variety of interests who are supported by our excellent nurses and dedicated administration team. 

The role is 100% Equine

We operate out of a purpose built facility with a large treatment room, stocks, full inpatients facilities, 8 stables, trot up and lunge and all equipment to work up cases in house as well as operating theatre, and a separate AI facility with stocks/stables.

All usual diagnostics and equipment available- US, dig rad, scopes, motor dental etc.

 

We offer:

-   1:6 weekend rota – we have a night ANA on site to take calls and assist vets OOHs

Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon Vacancy – Permanent Full Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our friendly & supportive small animal team, comprising 11 SA Vets & a large support team.

We are located in West Yorkshire close to Leeds/Bradford, Manchester & the beautiful countryside of the Yorkshire dales, the Pennine Way & Haworth Moor.

The practice is a single centre with no Branches. We have excellent onside facilities incl CT & Laparoscopy & overnight inpatients care – although our OOH is sourced to Vets Now.

The role is for a full-time colleague however a flexible, part time role could be considered for the right applicant.

Experience is preferred for this role, however applications from recent graduates would be welcome. We have 2 VetGDP Advisers on site & you will have access to our New Graduate Development Scheme.

  • 4 day working week with an excellent 1:8 weekend rota.
  • 8 weeks holiday per annum including Bank Holidays.
  • Anticipated full time salary range from £37-60k per annum.
