Happy Hound

For those pets who find it difficult to come through the front door we are introducing Happy Hound clinics. This service has been launched by Adele Welsh one of our senior veterinary nurses. Adele is a highly experience veterinary nurse and harbours a great passion for animal behaviour and in making the experience of visiting the vets as stress free as possible for all our patients.

The Happy Hound Clinic appointments are 30-minutes long and are being offered by Adele and the qualified nursing team. They are designed to build the confidence of our most nervous of patients.

Each session is tailored to the individual pets need taking place in the setting where they feel most comfortable, like the car park to begin with, building up to them coming confidently through the front door. The nursing team will have tips and advice for our clients to follow and will organise the booking of the subsequent appointments with themselves, so you will always see the same member of the team.
