*** Coronavirus – The Next Steps ***

As we all adjust to the “new normal” of living and working with Coronavirus, we are constantly keeping our procedures under review. We are very grateful to all our clients who have worked with us over the last few weeks, during which we have seen a lot of changes in guidance from equestrian and veterinary bodies.

Undoubtedly, we will have to be working with social distancing for the foreseeable future and, as workers who travel around visiting different clients, it is very important for us to maintain this. We have found new ways of working safely, to get things done and this will continue to be our focus in the coming weeks.

We anticipate a gradual return to more routine work, such as dental work, pre-purchase examinations, etc. in the foreseeable future but please be aware that in every case our office team will check that appropriate procedures are in place before we confirm a visit.

We are aware that many of our clients are more vulnerable and sheltering. If you are in this category and have any concerns, please share them with us and we will work with you as best we can to ensure our visit is safe for everyone concerned. Clearly if you have any concerns about anyone in your household showing symptoms of Coronavirus, it is vital that you please also share that with us.

We remain fully committed to helping you and your horses.
